Julie Gerstenblatt holds a Doctorate in Education from Teachers College, Columbia University and teaches writing at Roger Williams University. Her essays have appeared in The Huffington Post, Cognoscenti, among others. She is also a producer for A Mighty Blaze, a social media and marketing organization of volunteer creatives dedicated to connecting writers to readers and which has grown into a leading resource for author interviews. Julie lives in coastal Rhode Island with her family and one very smart poodle.
Jane Roper is the author of two previous books: a memoir, Double Time, and a novel, Eden Lake. Her short fiction, essays, and humor have appeared in publications including McSweeney’s Internet Tendency, The Millions, The Rumpus, Salon, and Poets & Writers and on NPR. Jane is a graduate of the Iowa Writers’ Workshop and lives in the Boston area with her husband and two children.
Katherine A. Sherbrooke is the author of Fill the Sky, which was a finalist for the May Sarton Award for Contemporary Fiction and the Foreword Indies Book of the Year and won a 2017 Independent Press Award, as well as Leaving Coy's Hill, also published by Pegasus Books. She is Chair of the GrubStreet Creative Writing Center in Boston and lives south of the city with her husband, two sons, and black Lab.
